These terms govern your use of brokeragecore.com — the marketing site. They do not govern the Brokerage Core software platform itself, which is covered by a separate signed agreement.
Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
Who you're agreeing with
Brokerage Core LLC, a Texas limited liability company. "We," "us," and "Brokerage Core" refer to Brokerage Core LLC. "You" refers to the person or organization using the site.
Permitted use
You may use this site to learn about Brokerage Core and read the published information. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the site's security or operation.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content from the site.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying code or design.
- Use automated systems to send bulk or automated messages to our contact address.
- Impersonate another person, organization, or affiliation when submitting information.
- Use the site for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
Content and intellectual property
The site, its design, brand, copy, illustrations, and source code are owned by Brokerage Core LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Brokerage Core mark, logotype, and visual identity are trademarks of Brokerage Core LLC. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use them.
Contacting us
When you email us information, you confirm it's accurate and that you have authority to share it. We handle it under the Privacy page. Conversations about the product are exploratory and don't create any contract or obligation between us unless and until both parties sign a separate written agreement.
No professional advice
The content on this site is for general informational purposes about our product. It is not legal, real estate, tax, financial, or compliance advice. References to MLS rules, Texas residential compliance, broker oversight, or related topics describe how our product is designed to support those workflows — they are not a substitute for your own counsel or your MLS's published rules. You remain solely responsible for your brokerage's compliance posture.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or load resources from third parties (e.g., Google Fonts, Vercel hosting). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties, though we exercise reasonable care in selecting them.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brokerage Core disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or trade practice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is current or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brokerage Core and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Brokerage Core harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Entire agreement; severability
These Terms (together with the Privacy page) are the entire agreement between you and Brokerage Core regarding the site, and supersede any prior understanding. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
