This page describes what brokeragecore.com collects, how it's used, who sees it, and how to reach us about it. Plain language, no surprises.
This document covers brokeragecore.com — the marketing site. Customers of the Brokerage Core software platform are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum executed at the start of their engagement.
Who we are
Brokerage Core LLC, a Texas limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "Brokerage Core" in this document mean Brokerage Core LLC. You can reach our privacy contact at sales@brokeragecore.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and the minimum technical information needed to operate the site.
- Email you send us. If you email sales@brokeragecore.com, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include. The site itself has no forms and collects nothing you type.
- Server logs. Standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, response status. Retained for operational troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then rotated out.
- Analytics. Aggregate pageview and performance metrics via Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, no cookies set for analytics.
We do not buy or rent contact lists. We do not place advertising or marketing tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- Responding to you. If you email us, we use your message and address to reply — nothing else.
- Operating the site. Server logs and analytics inform reliability and content decisions.
- Security. Detecting and stopping abuse — brute-force submissions, scraping, malicious requests.
We do not add you to a marketing list for emailing us. If a conversation leads somewhere and you opt in to ongoing communication, that opt-in is explicit.
Who else sees it
We use a small set of service providers to deliver the site. Each operates under their own published terms and data protection commitments.
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery; processes request metadata to serve pages and produce aggregate analytics.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded by your browser from Google's CDN; subject to Google's standard privacy practices.
We do not sell or trade personal information. We disclose information only (a) to the providers above acting on our behalf, (b) when required by law or valid legal process, or (c) in the event of a business transfer, with successor obligations.
How long we keep it
- Email correspondence — retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Server logs — rotated within standard operational windows (typically 30 days or less).
- Aggregate analytics — retained without personal identifiers for trend analysis.
Your choices
- Access, correction, deletion. Email sales@brokeragecore.com with what you want and we'll respond. We require a reasonable identity check before acting on requests for information about a specific person.
- Texas residents. Texas does not currently have a comprehensive state privacy statute, but we honor the same access / correction / deletion options regardless of residency.
- Children. This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served over TLS and collects no form submissions and no payment data. Email correspondence lives in our team inbox. We follow common industry practices for the platform we run on, but no online service is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we make a material change to this page, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where reasonable, surface a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
